SAFE-T Weekend #45
A non-demonizable, stress mishandling rundown of all the mostly peaceful, yet sometimes violent and "unacceptable" silly decisions in and around Chicago this past week(end).
It has been a few months since we last posted a weekend wrap-up, or much of anything really. However, posting 11 homicides over a non-holiday weekend might be worthy of a post since double-digit homicide tallies are usually reserved for extended, extra-day holiday weekend shitshows.

Clown City Update 🤡
Our October 23rd post consisted of a video drive-by of the 18th District station on the corner of Division and Larabee. We can tell you that as of yesterday the situation is even worse than shown in this video, but our direction of travel coupled with the sun in just the wrong position threw off some nasty lens flare making it hard to see much of the updated tour.
Video troubles aside, it sounds as if Mother Nature will do what our elected retards betters refuse to do, offer a solution to the “migrant” crisis:
Over the past five months since arriving in Chicago, Andrea Carolina Sevilla’s parents have been unable to enroll her in school even though the reason they left everything behind in their native Venezuela was for her to have access to better education.
In Venezuela, she said, she was lucky she could even attend school. Many other teenagers start working at an early age to help out their families, who often face extreme poverty.
But she did not have the same luck in the city that she once dreamed of visiting. The family went from sleeping on the floor of a police station, to a crowded shelter, to a house on the Far South Side, and then back to the floor of the police station after her stepfather Michael Castejon, 39, couldn’t afford the rent. He could not find a job that paid enough without a work permit, he said.
On Nov. 3, they set out to go back to Texas. And from there, they would go to Venezuela, the country they fled to seek asylum in the United States. They’re among the countless number of migrants who have chosen to leave Chicago in recent weeks in their search for a better life. They’re looking for warmer weather, more resources or to reunite with friends and family in other places. (full story)
One only has to have a vague knowledge of geography to understand that Chicago might be a little colder in the winter than any place say, south of Texas. And the kicker is it hasn’t even gotten cold yet. We’re still wearing shorts because how else are you supposed to hang Xmas lights? Wearing pants?
Geography notwithstanding, how does one seek asylum only to say, f*ck this, I’m going back? Maybe it has nothing to do with asylum? Just sayin…
Related: Second City Cop posted a link to a proper tour of the proposed circus tent site in BrighTENT Park. By the way, the proposed military-grade tents are capable of maintaining an interior temperature of 70° IF the outside temps are greater than 40°.
Mugshot of the Year
Former Mayor Rahm “9.5” Emanuel said not long after the events in Furgeson Missouri that cops had “gone fetal”. Since the events of 2020 and the resulting policies coming out of the defunders, it’s not surprising to see a rise in vigilantism:
A Skokie man driving a stolen car suffered a broken nose and a closed head injury after “multiple people” tracked him down and “detained” him for Chicago police at a North Side gas station, according to a CPD arrest report.
Cops responded to calls of a battery in progress at the Shell service station, 4346 North Western, on Friday evening. When they arrived, they found those “multiple people” on top of 29-year-old Mergim Mehmeti, the report said. (full story)
We’re likely to be seeing much more “detaining” as the fruits of the defunder agenda lie decomposing in the grass like a wormed-up apple after picking season has concluded.

sick deranged politicians should all be locked up for the harm they are causing our city
I heard illegals shipped to Chicago from Texas asked to return to Venezuela because it is safer.
