Clown City Update 🤡
It doesn’t get more Chicago than to have a cop intentionally hit by a car, open fire on said car, a chase ensues, find a dead body, then have one of the alleged suspects escape police custody.
Video of the aftermath of the Escape from Alcatraz-like caper if Alcatraz had drop ceilings and was located on Belmont and Western.
Good Riddance
Speaking of escaping, (Now former) Chicago Police Superintendent David “Outta Town” Brown high-tailed it back to Dallas one last time a bit earlier than expected. Not that anyone would have noticed the difference as while he was in charge as he never bothered to check-in.
It was an unceremonious end for police superintendent David Brown.
WGN Investigates has learned Chicago’s top cop checked-out earlier than his announced exit, originally scheduled for Thursday. Sources say Brown cleaned-out his corner office and is leaving town without the usual pomp and circumstance usually afforded a police leader. He declined all interview requests. (full story)
In the three years he pretended to run the department, he was hardly visible. Past supers McCarthy & Johnson would almost always be on the scene of a high-profile event, such as a police-involved shooting, an officer shot, or most commonly, a child shot. Brown rarely showed up (Lori applies here as well) to events like this and typically let his underlings do the talking, especially now interim superintendent Eric “We Don’t Have Time For This Shit” Carter.
Still A Thing
2021-2022 called and they want their stupidity back.

If you’ve made it this far, thanks for reading. Our goal is to push out one long form post a week in addition to our regular stats focused posts. Thanks and remember “We don't want nobody nobody sent”.
